Home My Public Portal About032-1995 - REZONING - 2301 CHESTER BOULEVARDORDINANCE NO. 32-1995 (Amended) A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 2301 CHESTER BOULEVARD WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate at 2301 Chester Boulevard as R-2 One Family Residence District, and WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-2 Commercial District to accommodate the expansion of a mini -warehouse business on adjoining land, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate at 2301 Chester Boulevard, which is Auditor's Map No. 46-21-310-101.010 and 102.000-29 be and is hereby changed to C-2 Commercial District for a total depth from the right-of-way line of U.S. 27 of 500 feet instead of the current depth of 400 feet.
