AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 68 -270
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RELATING TO FEES
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 68 -270 entitled, "Electrical
Code," adopted July 16, 1968, is amended by amending Section
8(a) to read as set forth in the County of Los Angeles
Ordinance No. 10,205, adopted February 9, 1971, herewith
adopted by reference.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to
its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in. the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1971.
