A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; COMMENDING THE
MEMBERS OF THE ZONING CODE REVIEW
COMMITTEE FOR THEIR COMMITMENT AND
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THEIR
DEDICATION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Code Review Committee was established by
the Local Planning Agency on June 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the committee was charged with the task of studying
the zoning code for the single family residential area of the
Village; and
WHEREAS, on January 15, 1994, the committee submitted to the
Local Planning Agency and Village Council written recommendations
based on its findings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Council commends the members of
the Zoning Code Review for their commitment and expresses
appreciation for their dedication to the Village and its residents.
Section 2. A copy of this resolution shall be presented to
each member of the committee as listed on Exhibit A.
Each copy shall state:
Presented to in appreciation for commitment and
dedication to the Village of Key Biscayne as a member of the Zoning
Code Review Committee.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately
upon adoption.
