CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.488 AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES TO THE MIXED USE (MU), RURAL RESIDENTIAL -URBAN RESERVE (RR-UR) or RURAL RESIDENTIAL (RR) ZONING DISTRICTS The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows: SECTION I: The properties identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto, are hereby rezoned to the Mixed Use (MU) zoning district. SECTION II: The properties identified in Exhibit B, attached hereto, are hereby rezoned to the Rural Residential -Urban Reserve (RR-UR) zoning district. SECTION III: The properties identified in Exhibit C, attached hereto, are hereby rezoned to the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district. SECTION IV: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 7th day of September, 2010. ATTEST: 414 /1A,_- Chad M.
