oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

tial, Business, Rural Business
Holding, Industrial P:rk, Com-
mercial -Highway, Commercial
Highway -Railroad, Cmmercial-
General, Rural Comm rcial Hold-
ing, Uptown Hamel 1, or Uptown
Hamel 2 zoning distri ts. These
ordinances amended the City's
Zoning Map and rezo ed a num-
ber of properties thro ghout the
City in order to be con . istent with
the City's 2010-203Compre-
hensive Plan.
