ORDINANCE NO. 71 -327
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 68 -269
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RELATING TO FEES
The City Council of the City of Temple City does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 68 -269, entitled "Plumbing
Code," is amended by amending Table No. 1 and Table No. II of
Section 59 of Article 3 to read as set forth in the County
of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 10,207, adopted February 9,
1971, herewith adopted by reference.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to
its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published
in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple City.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of June , 1971.
