SPECIAL MEETING
September 29, 2006
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above date at the
Grand Center, located at 182 North 500 West, Moab, Utah. Mayor
David Sakrison called the Special Meeting to order at 11:46 AM. In
attendance were Councilmembers Keith Brewer, Jeffrey Davis and Kyle
Bailey. Also in attendance were City Manager Donna Metzler, City
Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel Ellison, Administrative
Analyst/Economic Development Coordinator Kenneth F. Davey. In
attendance from Grand County were Councilmembers Jerry McNeely,
Rex Tanner, Jim Lewis, Audrey Graham, Joette Langianese, Judy
Carmichael and County Administrator Shawn Warnke. Five members of
the audience and media were present.
Under Discussion Regarding Waste Water Treatment in Spanish Valley,
Terry Sykes made a presentation. Discussion followed.
Under Discussion Regarding Hospital Issues, Grand County
Councilmember Joette Langianese made a presentation and discussion
followed.
Under Discussion Regarding Film Commission Issues, City Manager
Metzler made a presentation and discussion followed.
Mayor Sakrison adjourned the Special Meeting at 1:42 PM.
