Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331 A.02, § 331 A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

THE CITY COUN IL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, INNESOTA
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Se.tion 827 of
the Medina code of o dinances is
amended to add ne subsection
827.60 as follows:
Section 827.60 open Space
Report Composite ap Appeal
Process. In the even that an ap-
plicant is not in agr: ment with
the Composite Map f the Open
Space Report orth: data con-
tained within a repo on which
the Composite Mais based
upon, the applicant ay present
an appeal to the city.
Subd. 1. The applicant shall
put the appeal in writ g, accom-
panied by the fee a described
by the City's Fee Sc edule, and
is responsible to pr.vide docu-
mentation supportin_ their ap-
peal.
Subd. 2. The ap. -al shall be
reviewed by city sta , with the
assistance of any tenical con-
sultants which city st.:ff shall de-
termine are appropr .te. Such
consultants may incl de, but are
not limited to, enviro mental en-
gineers, wetland sci ntists, ar-
borists and other similar experts.
City staff shall make a determina-
tion on the appeal
