Home My Public Portal About052-1995 - GENERAL ORDINANCE REVISING AND UPDATING THE RICHMONDAKLtn l e-1 ORDINANCE NO. 52-I995 A GENERAL ORDINANCE REVISING AND UPDATING THE RICHMOND CODE AS OF AUGUST 7, 1995 WHEREAS the "Richmond Code, Revised 1994," was adopted August 15, 1994, being Ordinance No. 54-1994, and WHEREAS it is necessary to revise and update from time to time, the compilation of all general ordinances and amendments to the rules of Common Council of Richmond, Indiana, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of Richmond, Indiana that the attached pages entitled "Richmond Code, Revisions of 1995" are adopted as amendments to the compilation and re -statement of all general ordinances and Common Council rules in effect as of August 7, 1995. Be it further ordained that this publication specifically amends Richmond Code Sections 32.5110 and 32.5112 from the form of the adoption of said sections in Ordinance No. 28-1995 adopted June 5, 1995. Be it further ordained that this publication of Sections 32.5101 through 32.5112 be distributed in pamphlet form as inserts to the three ring binder publication known as "Richmond Code, Revised 1994" and that such distribution fulfills the statutory requirement of publication of any ordinance prescribing a penalty as set forth in Indiana Code 36-4-6-14 (b) (1). Be it finally ordained that the attached pages take effect at 12 o'clock noon on August 8, 1995, except Sections 32.5101 through Sections 32.5112 which shall take effect at 12 o'clock noon on August 22, 1995, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-4-6-14 (c).
