Gonzalez, Village Manager Date: April 21, 2017 Subject: LETTER TO COUNCIL NO. 077-2017 Mayor Gabriel Groisman and Members of the Village council 1 Brightview Semi -Monthly Collins Avenue Report for the Dates of April 1, 2017 to April 15, 2017 The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you the scheduled semi- monthly report, which details the landscape services provided to Bal Harbour Village by The Brickman Group. This report provides information regarding the scheduled maintenance activities and any additional services provided by Brickman such as, new plant installations and landscape restoration work performed by the contractor beginning on Saturday, April 1, 2017 through Saturday, April 15, 2017. Scheduled Maintenance Activities During this period, Brickman provided turf mowing, hedge trimming, irrigation inspections, weed control, and daily litter/frond debris removal as detailed within the report. Additional Services East Collins Ave: Removal of damaged sod and installation of new sod in denuded areas in front of the St. Regis Hotel.
