AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION

Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331 A.02, § 331 A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

city of Medina has a•opted Ordi-
nance No. 497. Th ordinance
revises the city's fe schedule,
including fees for Ian use, liquor
licensing, public afety, and
other permits issued by the city;
and, establishes rats for sani-
tary sewer, water, orm water
and other services. The ordi-
nance will not be co•ified. The

available for inspecti.n at Medi-
na city hall during r:gular busi-
ness hours.
