AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO
REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE
TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R2) ZONING DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change the zoning
classification of the following legally described property, and as shown in Exhibit A, attached
hereto, from PUD2, Planned Unit Development 2 to R2, Two Family Residential:
That part of Lot 13, Auditor's Subdivision No. 241, Hennepin County, Minnesota
described as follows: Commencing at a point on the north line of Lot 13, distant 524.35
feet west from the point of intersection of said north line with the west line of Lot 14 as
measured along said north line; thence south parallel with the west line of Lot 14, a
distance of 328.18 feet; thence west parallel with the north line of Lot 143, a distance of
663.65 feet, more or less, to a point on the west line of Lot 143; thence north along the
west line of said Lot 13, a distance of 328.18 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 13;
thence east along the north line of Lot 13 to the point of the beginning.
SECTION II
The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate
changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to reflect the change in zoning
classifications as set forth above.
SECTION III
A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the Medina City
Hall.
SECTION IV
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the Medina City Council this 1st day of February, 2011.
