AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
FROM THE OFF-STREET PARING FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND IN 1996
WHEREAS the persons employed in the operation of the off-street parking facilities of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, are compensated out of the Off -Street Parking Fund,
and
WHEREAS said persons receive supervisory and support services from the office of the City
Clerk which operates out of the General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that throughout 1996 payments shall be made from the Off -Street Parking Fund to the General
Fund as follows:
A. Twenty-four percent of the salary of the Deputy City Clerk, $23,692, and the
benefits and employer taxes related thereto, $6,871 - $7,336.00
B. Seventeen percent of the salary of the City Clerk, $36,574, and the
benefits and employer taxes related thereto, $10,607 - $8,021.00
C. The total payment to be made hereunder $15,357.00
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of October, 1995 by the ommon Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
