ORDINANCE NO.499
AN ORDINANCE REZONING 1525 DEERHILL ROAD TO THE
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION (AP) ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I
The property identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto, and having the following property
identification number, on record with Hennepin County, Minnesota, is hereby rezoned to
Agricultural Preservation (AG):
PID# 26-118-23-22-0001
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 15th day of February, 2011.
