Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

No. 502, rezoning t e property
which is proposed t. be subdi-
vided as "The Encla e" residen-
tial development, lo..ted east of
Hunter Drive gener.11y between
Hamel Road and M dina Road.
The rezoning is nece.sary to de-
velop the property ith a variety
of housing styles co sistent with
the City's Compreh: nsive Plan.
Generally, the ordina ce rezones
the southern portion .f the prop-
erty to the RR (Rural Residential)
zoning district, the entral por-
tion of the propert to the R1
(Single Family Residential) zon-
ing district, the n.rthwestern
portion of the prope y to the R2
(Two -Family Reside tial) zoning
district, the northeas ern portion
of the property to t e R3 (Mid -
Density Residential) oning dis-
trict, and the easter portion of
the property to the PS
(Public/Semi-Public) oning dis-
trict.
