AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "THE ENCLAVE AT MEDINA"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from PUD2, Planned Unit
Development 2 to R1, Single Family Residential:
Outlot G,
Outlot H, and
Outlot K, The Enclave at Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from PUD2, Planned Unit
Development 2 to R2, Two Family Residential:
Outlot A,
Outlot C,
Outlot F,
Outlot J,
Lots 1 through 5, Block 1,
Lots 1 through 8, Block 2, and
Lots 1 through 11, Block 3, The Enclave at Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 3. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from PUD2, Planned Unit
Development 2 to R3, Residential Mid -Density:
Outlot B,
Outlot D,
Outlot E, and
Lots 1 through 5, Block 4, The Enclave at Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 4. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from PUD2, Planned Unit
Development 2 to PS, Public -Semi Public:
Outlot I, The Enclave at Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota

Section 5. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from PUD2, Planned Unit
Development 2 to RR, Rural Residential:
Outlot L, and
Outlot M, The Enclave at Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 6. The amendments described above are shown graphically in Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
Section 7. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the
appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to reflect the change in
zoning classifications as set forth above.
Section 8. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated snap shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
Section 9. Ordinance #502, adopted by the City Council on April 5, 2011 and not yet in
effect, is hereby repealed.
Section 10. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption, publication, and recording
of the final plat for The Enclave.
