oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 506, an ordinanc: pertaining
to regulations relate,' to dogs,
private kennel licens:s, and the
keeping of pets. Th: ordinance
increases the numbe of dogs a
property owner ma keep on
property to three, anto four on
property eight acres in size or
greater. The ordin:nce also
amends the regulations related
to private kennel lice ses, which
are required for property owners
to keep dogs in large numbers.
Additionally, the •rdinance
amends section of the City Code
related to potentially dangerous
dogs and dangerous tugs.
