AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING SUB-
SECTION (b) OF SECTION 3115 OF THE
TEMPLE CITY CODE RELATING TO FIRE
WORKS, AND MAKING THIS., ORDINANCE
IMMEDIATELY EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b) of Section 3115 of the Temple
City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"b) shall be filed with the City Manager on
or prior to June 14 of each year."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance is to become immediately
effective as an Urgency Ordinance in .order to permit the
effective date hereof to precede the Fourth of July
activities.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to
be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City
of Temple City.

No. 71 -331 , was introduced as an Urgency Ordinance at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City,
held on the 15th day of June, 1971, and was duly passed, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Gilbertson
NOES: Councilmen -None
