HomeMy Public PortalAbout510 Ordinance Amending the Official Zoning Map to Rezone the Property Being Subdivided as "Fields of Medina"CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.510 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "FIELDS OF MEDINA" THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property from RR-UR, Rural Residential -Urban Reserve to R2, Two Family Residential: Lots 1 through 26, Block 1, Lots 1 through 13, Block 2, Lots 1 through 26, Block 3, Outlot B, Outlot C, and Outlot D, Fields of Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota Section 2. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property from RR-UR, Rural Residential -Urban Reserve to PS, Public -Semi Public: Outlot A, Fields of Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota Section 3. The amendments described above are shown graphically in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Section 4. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed, when this ordinance becomes effective, to make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina to reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above. Section 5. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the Medina City Hall. Section 6. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption, publication, and recording of the final plat for Fields of Medina. Adopted by the Medina City Council this 16th day of August 2011.
