oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.

Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and

SECTION I: Medina Code
Section 833.07, Su.d. 1 (o) is
amended by de eting the
