oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

No. 512, an amend ent to chap-
ters 3 and 8 of the .ode of ordi-
nances regarding parking stan-
dards. The ordina ce amends
the city police reg lations re-
garding the parking of commer-
cial vehicles. Additio ally, the or-
dinance amends the city zoning
code to update the city's off-
street parking standards and re-
quirements for all oning dis-
