Dear Council Member:
This ordinance appropriates money in the Parks and Recreation Fund for buildings and
equipment.
This ordinance also appropriates money in the Parking Meter Fund for building
improvements.
This ordinance also appropriates money in the Economic Development Income Tax Fund
for street improvements.
Due to the fact that this is an Additional Appropriation, a public hearing has been
advertised, as required by state statute, for your November 6th meeting.
This ordinance can be adopted in a single meeting on two motions to suspend rules since
the advertised public hearing will take place on first reading.
Sincerely, >
