(Second reading amendment)
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 2515
EAST MAIN STREET
WHEREAS the zoning map designates the property at 2515 East Main Street as
R-3 One to Eight Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-3 One to Eight
Family Residence Special Use District to accommodate the
expansion of a single dental office to a professional office
accommodating more than one health service provider,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
.....Indiana, that the zoning designation at 2515 East. Main Street, being Auditor°s Map No:
46-34-330-202.000-29, Richmond, Indiana, be and is hereby changed to R-3 One to Eight
Family Residence Special Use District to accommodate the installation of a professional
office pursuant to Richmond Code 154.22.01.02. Be it further ordained that the site plan
is attached as Exhibit A and there are no other conditions or restrictions recommended by
the Advisory Plan Commission in connection with the granting of this Special Use.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of December, 1995, by the Common Council of the City
