No. 514, an amend ent to chap-
ter 8 of the code • ordinances
regarding accessory dwelling
units. Theordinanc: amends the
city zoning code to :flow acces-
sory dwelling units (also called
in-law apartm nts or
guesthomes) as a conditional
use in single-famil zoning dis-
tricts. Additionally, t e ordinance
modifies the Condit onal use re-
quirements for accessory
dwelling units withi R-1 zoning
district.
