A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE LIST OF PRIORITY I STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2019, the City Council adopted Resolution No.
2019.052 approving a list of Priority Street Improvement Projects for design and
construction and authorizing the City Manager to expedite the designs and
construction; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends the amendment to the List of Priority I Street
Improvement Projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves to amend the List of Priority I
Street Improvement Projects attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 2019.
