ORDINANCE NO.517
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The 2012 schedule of fees and rates is hereby amended by deleting
the st±tek-through and adding the underlined text as follows:
Sewer Access Availability Charge (SAC) Fee $BA As set by Metropolitan Council
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 17t1i day of January, 2012.
