oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

AN AMENDED FEE
SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of
Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The 2312 sched-
ule of fees and rates is hereby
amended by deleting the 0444434E
4lasewila and adding the under-
lined text as follows.
Sewer Aeeeee Availability
Charge (SAC) Fee : S2-424448
As set by Metropolitan Council
Section 2. This ordinance
shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
