Mayor Gabriel Groisman and Members of the Village Council
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you the attached media advisory
from All Aboard Florida regarding upcoming railroad closures at NE 125th Street and NE
163rd Street which may affect your commute to and from the Village.
Please note that these roads at these railroad crossings will be completely closed during
the construction times indicated and will not be accessible during those times.

TEMPORARY GRADE CROSSING CLOSURE IN CITIES OF NORTH MIAMI
BEACH AND NORTH MIAMI
What: Please note the updated dates for the scheduled construction work.
Crews working for All Aboard Florida will temporarily close the following
grade crossing to perform construction improvements necessary for the
introduction of the Brightline passenger rail service.
Where & NE 163rd Street and the Florida East Coast Railway
When: Wednesday, July 19, 7 a.m. through Tuesday, July 25, 6 p.m.
NE 125th Street and Florida East Coast Railway
Wednesday, July 26, 7 a.m. through Friday, August 4, 6 p.m.

Travel north on Biscayne Boulevard/US-1, west
on Northeast 172ND Street, south on West
Dixie HWY to return to Northeast 163rd Street.
From the West:
Travel south on West Dixie HWY, east on
Northeast 151st, north on Biscayne
Boulevard/LJS-1 to return to Northeast 163rd
Street.
From 1-95 South:
Take exit 14 for Northeast 186th
Street/Northeast Miami Gardens Drive. Travel
east on Northeast 186th Street/Northeast Miami
Gardens Drive and south on Biscayne
Boulevard/US-1 to arrive at Northeast 163rd
Street.
From 1-95 North:
Take exit 10B for Northeast 135th Street. Travel
east on Northeast 135th Street and north on
Biscayne Boulevard/US-1 to arrive at Northeast
163rd Street.
