ORDINANCE NO.519
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE EASTERN 117 FEET
OF 805 HAMEL ROAD TO THE TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R2)
ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I
The eastern 117 feet of the property identified by Hennepin County property identification
number 11-118-23-41-0001, on record with Hennepin County, Minnesota, having the address of
805 Hamel Road, is hereby rezoned to Two Family Residential (R2) as identified as Lot 2 on the
map in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption, publication and recording of the
final plat with the County.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 17th day of January, 2012.
