Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News/Delano Eagle
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached

An Ordinance Amending
Section 343 of the Code of
Ordinances
Regarding Limitations on the
Keeping of Anima s as Pets
The city council of the city of
Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I: Medina Code
Section 843.05 is amended by
deleting the s#iekeR--material
and adding the underlined ma-
terial as follows:
Section 343.05. Limita-
tions on Keeping of Animals
as Pets. No person shall own,
harbor, keep, have custody of,
or allow the following„animals
on property which he or she
owns or occupies:
Subd. 1. More than three
Adult Dogs on a parcel 8 acres
or less in size, or mo a than four
Adult Dogs on a parcel larg-
er than 8 acres, unless a Private
Kennel License is obtained.
Cubd. 2. Moro than four
Cubd. 3. Moro than 6 ro

Subd. 42. Regulated ani-
mals as defined by Minnesota
Statutes, section 346.155.
Subd. 63. Any poisonous
animal or dangerous animal or
any carnivorous an mal which
is wild by nature.
Subd. 64. Any animal not
commonly accepted as a do-
mesticated pet.
Subd.;5. Any combination
of animals of any age kept in
such numbers and under such
conditions which endanger the
health, safety, or welfare of the
public or of said animals.
SECTION II: The ordinance
shall be effective upon its
adoption and publication.

of the city of Medina this 21st
day of February, 20' 2.
