Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an
oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached
was published in the newspaper once

The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted ordinance
No. 527. The ordin.nce regu-
lates the installation of Private
Wells for Domestic U on prop-
erty where the City W.ter Supply
System is available. The ordi-
nance prohibits installation of
new wells in these areas with the
exception of irrigat on wells,
which supplement w. ter stored
in stormwater ponds o be used
to irrigate lawns and landscap-
ing. The ordinance also regu-
lates the installation o these irri-
gation wells. The full ext of Or-
dinance No. 527 is a ailable for
inspection at Medina city hall
during regular busine s hours.
