ORDINANCE NO.531
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The 2012 schedule of fees and rates is hereby amended by adding the
underlined text as follows:
The Enclave at Medina Raw Water Usage:
$3.25 per thousand gallons for the first 2,000,000 gallons per month
$3.81 per thousand gallons above 2,000,000 gallons per month
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 17`11 day of July, 2012.
