oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING
AN AMENDED FEE
SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of
Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The 2012 sched-
ule of fees and rates s hereby
amended by adding the under-
lined text as follows:
The Enclave at Medina Raw
Water Usage
$3.25 per thousand gallons
for the first 2,000,000 gallons
per month
$3.81 per thousand gallons
above 2,000.000 ga Ions per
month
Section 2. This ordinance
shall become effective upon its
adoption and publication.
Adopted by the C ty Coun-
cil of the City of Medina this
