oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

The city council o the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 533, an ordina ce adding
Section 535 to the c.de of ordi-
nances regulating the use of coal
tar -based sealer prod cts within
the city. The purpos of regulat-
ing these products is to protect,
restore, and preserve the quality
of Medina's waters. The ordi-
nance prohibits any . -rson from
applying any undilut:d coal tar -
based sealer to any driveway,
parking lot, or other s rface with-
in the City of Medina. he full text
