oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
Delano Eagle/South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are

No. 535, amending C apter 8 of
the Code of Ordinanc s regard-
ing signs and exterir lighting.
The ordinance includ s a com-
prehensive amendm nt of the
City's sign regulations : nd estab-
lishes regulations fo signs in
each of the zoning dis ricts of the
community. The ordi ance also
amends City regulations related
to exterior lighting as hey relate
to signs.
