oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as
Delano Eagle/South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are

Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 536, an ordinanc= establish-
ing a storm sewer imirovement
tax district ("the District") for The
Enclave at Brockto develop-
ment. The ordinance : stablishes
the ability for the city o Medina to
acquire, construct, r:construct,
extend, maintain and otherwise
improve storm sewe systems
and related facilities within the
District in accordanc with the
Minnesota Statutes, Sections
444.16 — 444.21 and tlevy a tax
on all taxable propert within the
District to finance suc activities.
