EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TOWN BOARD ADOPTING A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE YEAR 2021
At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York
held at the Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, in said Town of Irondequoit, on the 19th day of
November 2020 at 4:00 P.M. local time; there were

Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Attorney for the Town
Town Board Member______________________offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, a Tentative Budget for 2021 was presented to the Town Board; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board held a series of workshops to discuss and review the Tentative
Budget and to propose changes if necessary; and
WHEREAS, the proposed changes from the workshops were incorporated into the Preliminary
Budget; and
WHEREAS, a duly called public hearing was held on the Preliminary Budget on November 12,
2020; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town Board to adopt a budget for 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Preliminary Budget for the year 2021 as
amended by the “Amendments by the Town Board to the 2021 Preliminary Budget” attached
hereto, is approved by the Town Board as the Adopted Budget for the year 2021.
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
