AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTIONS 3100, 3100.1, 3100.2,
3100.3, 3101 AND 3115 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO FIRES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Sections 3100, 3100.1, 3100.2, 3100.3, 3101 and
3115 of the Temple City Municipal Code are hereby amended
to read as follows:
3100. There is hereby adopted as the Fire
Code of the City of Temple City, except as it
is hereafter amended, Ordinance No. 2947 as
amended by Ordinance No. 10,251 of the County
of Los Angeles.
(a) Three (3) copies of said Ordinance No.
2947 as amended by Ordinance No. 10,251
of the County of Los Angeles have been
deposited with the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Temple City and
shall be at all times maintained by
said Clerk for use and examination by
the public.
(b) All references to Ordinance No. 2947
as amended by Ordinance No. 10,251 (or
specific sections thereof) in the
following sections of this Code shall
refer to Ordinance No. 2947 as amended
by Ordinance No. 10,251 (and to the
corresponding specific section or
sections) .
3100.1. Said Ordinance No. 2947 as amended
by Ordinance No. 10,251 of the County of Los
Angeles as hereinabove adopted as the Fire
Code of the City of Temple City is amended as
follows:
(a) Wherever the words "unincorporated
territory of the County of Los Angeles"
appear, there shall be substituted there-
for the words "City of Temple City."
(b) Wherever in the Ordinance reference is
made to unincorporated area of the County
of Los Angeles, such area shall be deemed
to include in its true geographical loca-
tion the area of the City of Temple City.
All sections in said Ordinance regulating
fireworks are subordinated to the provi-
sions of Sections 3110 through 3118 of
the Temple City Municipal Code.

being Ordinance No. 71-338 , was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City, held
on the 5th day of October , 1971, and was duly
passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at
a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the
19th day of October , 1971, by the following
