The proposed action will execute a revision to the franchise agreement allowing Verizon Wireless the right to install an undetermined number telecommunication devises within Town Rights of Way. This franchise agreement will also continue to allow the Verizon Wireless the ability to install the supporting infrastructure for 5G network within Town Rights of Way. Verizon will continue to occupy certain sections of the Right Of Way as defined by the Town through the existing permitting process for the installation of telecommunication devices and the supporting infrastructure. Disturbances will occur within the Town Rights of Way as defined and permitted through the 199 Highway Work Permit. All measures for the protection of underground utilities will be taken, proper erosion and sediment controls if necessary will be employed, and all earthen disturbances will be stabilized. For SEQRA purposes this is an unlisted action resulting in no adverse impacts to the environment.
