AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AMENDING SECTIONS 9390(57), 9400(57) AND
6500(v) OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ANTIQUE AND SECOND HAND STORES,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY " DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph

57 of Section 9390 of the
hereby deleted.
57 of. Section 9400 of the
hereby amended to read as
57. Antique or second hand stores (all goods
displayed, sold and stored within an
entirely enclosed building).
SECTION 3. Subparagraph (v) of Section 6500 of the
Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(v) Dealer in antique or second hand goods
(primary business).
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall
cause the same to be published in the Temple City Times, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Temple City.

1971.
