A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAMS, HATFIELD
& STONER, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR STORMWATER PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR OCEAN LANE AND SUNRISE
DRIVES; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on March 8, 1994, the Village Council adopted
Resolution 94-9 authorizing an agreement between the Village of Key
Biscayne and Williams, Hatfield & Stoner, Miami, Florida, for the
preparation of stormwater plans and specifications for the Holiday
Colony area; and
WHEREAS, the Village wishes to incorporate into the Holiday
Colony agreement services relating to Ocean Lane Drive and Sunrise
Drive stormwater improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to
enter into the attached agreement on behalf of the Village with
Williams, Hatfield & Stoner, Miami, Florida, for the preparation of
stormwater plans and specifications for the Ocean Lane Drive and
Sunrise Drive stormwater improvements.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
