Weekly Code Enforcement Efforts
Comments:
The code enforcement unit issued two warnings to oceanfront properties this week for working on a Sunday. The first
warning was issued to the One Bal Harbour property after a contractor was observed working on a driveway concrete
restoration project. The second warning was issued to the Bal Harbour Tower property after they were also observed
performing work on a driveway project. The contractors involved were unware of the restriction on working hours and
days. The work was stopped and the contractors left the jobsites.
