ORDINANCE NO.549
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REZONE THE
PROPERTY BEING SUBDIVIDED AS "RESERVE OF MEDINA"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from RR-UR, Rural
Residential -Urban Reserve to R1, Single Family Residential:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 1, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except Gorman Addition and except the West 365 feet of the East 599 feet of the
North 630 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter.
AND
That part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter, Section 1, Township 118, range 23, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, lying North of the South 495.04 feet of said Northwest Quarter.
Section 2. The amendment to the zoning map is depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
Section 4. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed publish this
ordinance and to make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina
to reflect the change in zoning classifications only upon final approval of the plat of Reserve of
Medina.
