The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to share with you the attached Unscripted Bal
Harbour Art Basel / Miami Beach Art Week invitation to events for Bal Harbour residents
and guests. These invitations have been mailed to all Bal Harbour residents.
In an LTC sent last week, you received additional information as well as your VIP card to
the fair at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
