an oath, states or affirms that he is the

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

The city council of he city of
Medina has adopted •rdinance
No. 549, an ordinance amending
the official zoning mato rezone
the property being su.divided as
"Reserve of Medina." The prop-
erty is located at 525 ackamore
Road, east of County Road 116
and south of Hacka ore Road.
The ordinance rezone the prop-
erty from Rural Reside tial-Urban
Reserve (RR-UR) to Si gle Fami-
ly Residential (R1).
