AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO
REZONE 2505 WILLOW DRIVE TO THE
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION (AG) ZONING DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map of the City of Medina is hereby amended to change
the zoning classification of the following legally described property from RR, Rural Residential
to AG, Agricultural Preserve:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Sectitm 16, township 118 Ninth, Range 23 West of the 5e11 Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Northwest Quaver of the Southeast Quanta; thence on art ayutned bcsring of North 89 degrees 22 minutes 49 sitonds Nest altmg the South line of said

Section 2. The amendment to the zoning map is depicted on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 3. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the
Medina City Hall.
Section 4. The City of Medina Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to publish this
ordinance and to make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Medina
in order to place this ordinance into effect only after the subject property has been combined into
a single parcel.
