an oath, states or affirms that he is the
Advertising Director of the newspaper(s)

South Crow River News & Delano Eagle
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 551, an ordinanc: establish-
ing Fields of Medina est storm
sewer improvement t:x district.
This district will appl, over the
property being develo.ed as the
Fields of Medina Wesresidential
neighborhood and w.uld allow
the City to acquire, co struct, re-
construct, extend, m-intain, and
improve stormwate facilities
within the neighbor .od if the
homeowners' associa ion fails to
do so.

hall during regular business
hours.
