Home My Public Portal About011-1992 - AMENDING CH 154 KNOWN AS ZONING ORDINANCEORDINANCE NO. 11-1992 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 154 OF THE RICHMOND CODE, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE WBEREAS, the zoning map designates the property located at 66 South 16th Street as R-3, Multi -Family Residence District, and WHEREAS, it is desirable to change the zoning district to R 3 SU, Multi -Family Residence Special Use District, to permit the installation of an insurance and tax service office, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning classification of 66 South 16th Street, more particularly described as lot 37 in Block 1 of Mendenhall and Price's Addition to the City of Richmond, is hereby changed to R-3 SU, Multi -Family Residence Special Use District to permit the installation of an insurance and tax service office regulated by Articles 22 and 48 of said Chapter 154 of the Richmond Code. Be it further ordained that the Special Use site plan and petition therefore shall be marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof and that the conditions of approval are attached hereto as Exhibit B.
