AN ORDINANCE REZONING 3522 SIOUX DRIVE TO THE
COMMERCIAL -HIGHWAY RAILROAD (CH -RR) ZONING DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I
The property at 3522 Sioux Drive, identified by Hennepin County property identification
number 12-118-23-41-0069, on record with Hennepin County, Minnesota, is hereby rezoned from
the Uptown Hame1-2 zoning district to the Commercial -Highway Railroad (CH -RR) zoning
district.
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 7th day of August, 2013.
