an oath, states or affirms that he is the
Advertising Director of the newspaper(s)

South Crow River News & Delano Eagle
and has full knowledge of the facts which are
stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of
the requirements constituting qualification
as a qualified newspaper as provided by
Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and
other applicable laws as amended.

DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of
Medina ordains as foll.ws:
SECTION I
The property at 3.22 Sioux
Drive, identified by Hennepin
County property id=ntification
number 12-118-23-4 -0069, on
record with Hennep n County,
Minnesota, is hereb, rezoned
from the Uptown Ham 1-2 zoning
district to the Comm:rcial-High-
way Railroad (CH -RR) -oning dis-
trict.
SECTION II
This ordinance sh.II become
effective upon its ad option and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council of
the City of Medina thi- 7th day of
August, 2013.
